With little more than modest financial resources, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a vision for the future, Mr. Ong Khen Chuan started the business as a sole proprietor in year 2002. For the first two years, Mr. Ong was the only person in charged handling all the customers requests within Northern region. The sheer merit of the product creates a widespread market and the company grows. Hence due to expansion, Confast Hardware & Fasterners Sdn. Bhd. (Confast) was incorporated on 12th July 2004; specialize in trading of formwork system’s accessories and rental services of scalffolding system. Under Mr. Ong's leadership, the company has flourished and grown into the largest and core supplier of Formwork systems’ accessories in the Northern region of Malaysia. To date, they are the pioneer in the industry of Formwork systems’ accessories and well-known among its business peers. Confast’s business model engaged value added service on formwork system’s accessories and scalffolding system. The company was established with very good market reputation and has wide customer based locally throughout Peninsular Malaysia. With their excellent after sales service, Confast has also successfully built up reputable and trustworthy skills on hindering special requirements from customers.
